What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form or request a tailored plan from a free tool, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your company name, the service you selected and anything you write or choose in the form. A tailored-plan request also includes the result generated by that tool. If you email or message us on WhatsApp we hold that correspondence.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare the requested plan and, if we go on to work together, to run the engagement. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for marketing. We may use a delivery provider or workflow service to pass an enquiry to our team.
Analytics
This site may use standard web analytics to understand which pages are read. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement runs plus the period our accountants require.
Client confidentiality
Where a client asks us not to name them, we do not — which is why our case studies show sectors rather than brands. We sign NDAs before seeing anything sensitive.
Your rights
Write to company@digihandler.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page. Material changes will be noted at the top.
